We try to provide a pleasant and efficient service. If you perceive there is a problem and you need to raise a complaint, you should first contact your usual doctor who will nearly always be able to correct the situation. If this is unsuccessful, you should contact: Complaints Commissioner (Level 26, 570 Bourke St Melbourne VIC 3000; Telephone: 1300 582 113), who is very fair and impartial in medical matters.
