All GP’s at Canterbury Medical Clinic are trained to provide all required health checks.

This includes:

• Over 75 year old health check
• Insurance company medical examinations
• WorkCover Claim examinations
• General health checks for well individuals
• 3 year old health checks
• 40 year old health checks

We also provide care plans for individuals with particular needs.

This includes:

• GP Managament Plans and associated Team Care Arrangements
• Mental Health Care Plans
• Asthma Action Plans
• Anaphylaxis Action Plans
